We primarily supply our plants to customers in our local area, Leicestershire, but we can offer parcel and pallet deliveries to most areas of the country. For local deliveries we try to deliver with our own van whenever possible.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days – the next working day where possible. Smaller items are usually sent on an overnight parcel service with APC. Taller plants or larger quantities are most often dispatched on a pallet by an overnight service. Please be aware that the pallet distribution network classify their deliveries as ‘kerbside’ although in most cases they are left on the driveway.
Pallet deliveries have a height restriction of 1.9m – anything above this will be refused by the courier. For the tallest trees on our website, delivery on our Luton van is the only option. We have tried to highlight all plant listings on the website where a pallet delivery or luton van is required using the symbols below:

*Pallet deliveries require sufficient access to undertake – deliveries to flats without on site parking, or properties on narrow single track roads may not be accessible for the courier service. Please contact us if you’re unsure and we can check with them.
Delivery Pricing – Any plants over 1.9m (Luton Van)
Delivery on our Luton van in only offered to certain postcodes and does incur a cost based on mileage. Orders over £500 that require a Luton van for delivery still incur a charge, but it will be reduced by 50% as shown on the table below.

We try to dispatch the majority of courier deliveries at the beginning of the week so in the unlikely event the delivery fails on the first attempt, there are at least a couple options to rearrange for the same week and the plants do not end up in a delivery depot over the weekend.
